Decorating your home with seasonal wreaths is a great way to add simple charm to any space. Bloggers and DIY/craft enthusiasts, Greg and Handan Navage, created this lemon wreath to show you how to bring a hint of sunny cheer into your home décor. Made with faux lemons and lemon essential oil, this easy DIY is a great summertime project.

What You’ll Need:

Grapevine wreath form
Green spray paint (if needed)
Hot glue gun
Plastic boxwood garland
2 faux baby’s breath picks
2 bags mixed-size hard plastic lemons (do not use Styrofoam or thin plastic)
Lemon essential oil
Cotton ball
Magnets or ribbon for hanging

What You’ll Do:

Spray paint your wreath green if it isn’t already. This will help the wreath look full if you’re not able to cover it all with the garland pieces.

Cut the garland into manageable sizes for tucking into the wreath.

Hot glue the cut pieces into the wreath form, making sure to leave some open spaces for the lemons. Try to keep a balanced look all the way around.
