Lauren’s work and her love for travel carried her from Florida to Seattle, Chicago, Paris and New York, and began her design blog (This Inspired Life). Through both her interiors and her writing, Lauren’s singular aesthetic shines through: to create a sense of unbuttoned elegance with timeless designs that combine contemporary and traditional elements. Following a move from New York to Georgia in 2018, Lauren re-focused her efforts on the creation of a boutique textile collection Lauren Servati Textiles. In the past several years her eponymous line has grown to include textiles, throw pillows, and a textile-inspired candle collection. When she’s not designing, Lauren enjoys scouting for antiques, and working alongside her husband to restore their Queen Anne Victorian home.

Experience:
Lauren began her career as an interior design intern with two local designers in her hometown of Tallahassee, Florida. Her work has been featured in publications such as Architectural Digest, Traditional Home, Modern Luxury Interiors, and Southern Living.
Education:
She went on to attend Florida State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and a concentration in art history.
